We are seeking Call Center Executives focused on contacting prospects with the objective of scheduling appointments, identifying business opportunities, and referring interested clients to our advisors. This is not cold calling: the company provides training. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Make outbound calls to prospects. * Provide initial information about our pension, insurance, and financial advisory services. * Identify client needs and generate interest in our services. * Schedule appointments for sales advisors. * Record and track prospect information in the system. * Achieve call, appointment, and qualified prospect targets. *REQUIREMENTS:* * Completed high school diploma or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree. * Experience in call centers, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred). * Strong verbal communication skills and effective telephone communication. * Basic computer proficiency. * Proactive attitude and results orientation. * Enjoyment of customer interaction. *WE OFFER:* * Base salary: $9,500 * Performance bonus: $1,500 * Commission-based earnings * IMSS benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PROFILE WE SEEK: individuals with strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a results-driven approach; who enjoy customer interaction and goal-oriented work.
