Participation in customer retention programs TOYOTA CUERNAVACA PISTA AGENCY IS SEEKING: ***BDC EXECUTIVE (CALL CENTER)*** **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of experience in call center or 1 year in sales. **Required Knowledge:** * Basic automotive mechanics. * Internet. * Computer. * Microsoft Office suite. * Email. * Social media. * Development of proprietary prospecting materials. * Sales processes. * Automotive industry. * Basic administrative knowledge (billing requirements, file compilation). **Job Responsibilities:** * Deliver high-quality service to all customers, promptly and appropriately (via phone or social media). * Manage digital media for customer acquisition and follow-up. * Consistently implement the sales process established by Toyota de México. * Prospect and manage lead portfolio and CRM. * Conduct follow-ups on leads received through the Salesforce platform within the stipulated timeframe. * Address customer complaints. * Update customer database (Pre-order and Salesforce). * Participate in established customer retention programs. **We Offer:** * Salary: $9,600.00 + commissions. * Benefits: Statutory benefits + 30-day bonus.
