MASSIVE CALL CENTER RECRUITER PROFILE: * Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy (incomplete) or related fields. * Recruitment experience for **call center profiles, 1–3 years**. * Mass recruitment of operational profiles. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Posting job vacancies to attract candidates. * Screening candidates. * Managing recruitment sources. * Conducting pre-selection interviews with candidates. * Managing candidate files. * Administering psychometric tests. * Meeting weekly targets.
