





**Call Center Executive – Coyoacán:** Profile, attend to, and persuade customers who arrive via digital channels to initiate their credit application process, all via telephone. Understand and master the product. Prospect and profile customers via telephone. Conduct sales activities via telephone. Handle objections. Refer customers to the branch nearest their residence. Follow up with customers until their credit application is successfully finalized. Follow up with customers who were not reached during the initial contact. Understand competing products. **We offer:** Ongoing training Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Meals: 1 hour within the workday Shifts: Two per month, starting at 11:00 A.M. and ending at 8:00 P.M. (full workday) Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
