We are seeking a Bilingual Staffing Caller who is customer service\-oriented to work closely with a team of recruiters at our office in Aguascalientes, MX. The caller will assist with recruiting activities like high\-volume calls and build candidate relationships to support the daily functions. Job Duties: * Contact and schedule applicant interviews with the site Staffing Specialist * Completes screening and recruiting efforts for sites, as assigned * Communicate job responsibilities to candidates * Creates updates and maintains documents/logs and reports using ATS and Excel * Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and events as needed Minimum Education and Experience: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Must be Bilingual in English/Spanish * English must be Senior\-level fluent * Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Able to handle high volume calls * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to keep and maintain confidential and secure records and information * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, quickly changing environment * Able to speak and type fluently in English * Able to use technology to schedule interviews * Must be able to perform the job in person **Pay: 12,000 MX monthly** **Schedule: Monday\-Friday 8 am\-4:30pm ( weekends if needed)** Feel free to call us at (404\) 596\-7966 or (404\) 692\-5973 to schedule an interview.
