A prominent training firm is seeking talent to join its team as a Call Center Advisor, providing administrative support and direct assistance to its distributor network. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in call centers, telephone customer service, administrative functions, and strong Excel skills—who enjoy organizing information and tracking processes. This role does NOT involve delivering training courses; its function is to provide telephone support and service, along with administrative and operational assistance to the department. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: **Education:** Incomplete or current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, Communications, or related field **Minimum Experience:** At least **1 year of verifiable experience** in **call center/telephone customer service**, performing tasks such as: * Call center experience * Telephone support to internal and/or external customers (in a call center environment) * Receiving, logging, and tracking requests * Completing forms and handling administrative documentation * Recording, managing, and updating information in **Excel** * Creating and maintaining **Excel databases and reports** * Operational follow-up and administrative support * Performing general administrative functions **Language:** English preferred (not mandatory) **WE OFFER:** * Direct employment with the company * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM – Hybrid work model * Work location: Lomas de Chapultepec and/or Polanco * Monthly base salary: $15,000.00 – $17,000.00 gross (taxes to be deducted per law), depending on call center experience and Excel proficiency * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Why join us?
