We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Job Requirements** * Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and Thursday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM (subject to daylight saving time adjustment with the U.S.) * 100% on-site position located at Corporate Tower 2, Uptown Juriquilla Plaza * 1 year of experience in similar or identical roles * Completed bachelor’s degree or technical university degree (TSU) * ENGLISH IS MANDATORY—advanced/fluent level; work is conducted entirely in English. * Knowledge of general mechanics * Adaptability to dynamic environments * Assertive communication * Efficient time management * Teamwork and individual work capability * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Interaction with drivers and service providers * Experience in vehicle maintenance. **Job Responsibilities** * Answer driver calls regarding vehicle breakdowns and coordinate repairs. * Direct drivers to approved facilities or service providers. * Follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution. * Maintain communication with drivers, service providers, and operations. * Locate nearby service providers to minimize time and costs. * Approve major repairs with managerial authorization. * Resolve tire-related issues and provide roadside assistance. **Benefits and Additional Perks** * 1-month probationary contract followed by permanent employment * Upon permanent employment: IMSS (Mexican Social Security), INFONAVIT, 10% grocery vouchers, and 60% vacation bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $17,500.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
