We’re looking for talent! **BILINGUAL CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE / CUAJIMALPA** Quálitas insures vehicles, protects people. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle incoming requests in English and Spanish through any contact channel of the department, responding promptly and efficiently; providing appropriate follow-up while adhering to legal and operational requirements governing the automotive insurance sales process. * Make outbound calls using the designated script and commercial terms for campaigns or special business initiatives, contacting customers from assigned databases, email lists, or leads—conducted in either English or Spanish—to promote the company’s services. * Timely and accurately manage follow-ups for appointments postponed by customers (“scheduled callbacks”), generating sales to meet objectives and targets established by management and/or metropolitan leadership—calls may be conducted in English or Spanish. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Advanced English proficiency** * Completed high school education * One year of experience in customer service/sales * Strong verbal communication skills * Negotiation skills * Clean credit bureau report **WE OFFER:** * Base salary: $14,500.00 MXN per month (gross) + commissions starting from the 4th month. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (30-day year-end bonus, Social Security, IMSS, Profit Sharing, gym partnership agreements, academic scholarships, internal university, among others) * 100% payroll registration * Direct employment contract with the company * Psychological support for employees * Career development plan **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM **WORK LOCATION:** Cuajimalpa / Puente el Yaqui Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,500.00–$22,000.00 MXN per month BENEFITS: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Gym discounts * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
