




Job Description: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with PROVEN experience in a dynamic, service-oriented CALL CENTER to join our team. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and fluency in speech. 2. Active listening skills and attention to detail. 3. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. 5. Experience in filing and document management. 6. Experience in telephone collections, preferably in an office environment. Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and creating and maintaining records. 2. Answer and direct telephone calls, providing accurate and timely information to customers and colleagues. 3. Maintain filing and document management systems, ensuring quick and easy access to information whenever needed. 4. Conduct telephone collections, maintaining a consistently professional and respectful approach. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth information flow and efficient problem resolution.
