FUNCTIONS 1) Promote CESUN University's educational offerings through telephone and electronic communication channels. 2) Implement telemarketing tactics to attract prospects, promote new educational programs, and advise interested individuals during their decision-making process. 3) Establish and maintain communication channels with prospects using digital tools and CRM systems, recording follow-ups, progress, and the status of interested individuals in the recruitment process. 4) Generate and confirm high-quality appointments for educational advisors across on-campus, hybrid, and executive modalities, ensuring prospect attendance.
