




**Position: Branch Manager** **Job Responsibilities:** * Sales and customer service at the branch and via telephone. * Customer prospecting and follow-up. * Handling and monitoring of telephone calls. * Preparation of quotations. * Reporting of calls and sales follow-up. * General organization and administration of the branch. * Basic in-store operational control. * Teamwork and support in operational activities. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Saturday:** * 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **or** * 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. * *(Schedule to be mutually agreed upon with the Branch Manager)* * **Sunday:** 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * **One weekday day off** (to be chosen). **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Minimum experience: **1 year in counter sales and/or telemarketing**. * Age: **20 to 45 years**. * Excellent service attitude and strong verbal communication skills. * Negotiation and persuasion skills. * Professional appearance. * **Proactive, organized, and responsible** individual. * Essential knowledge in: * Customer service * Sales * Communication and persuasion * Organization * Teamwork * Microsoft Office Suite **Availability:** * Willingness to travel: **No** * Relocation required: **No** **Work Location:** Shop Led Branch Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,200.00 per month Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
