* Over 30 years of age. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field. * Experience: 2 years in a similar position, preferably wholesale sales in the plywood, lumber, and hardware industry. * Must reside in the area. Responsibilities: (plan, organize, lead, and control). Development of strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue. Identification of business opportunities. Negotiation with key clients and collaboration with other departments. Supervision and leadership of sales staff, including telemarketing and field sales representatives. Administrative tasks as required by the company. * Work location: Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico.
