Collaboration with the commercial department **Sales Analyst – Hardware Distributor** Results-oriented analytical professional responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of the commercial team (retail sales representatives and telemarketing) in the hardware sector. Expert in sales performance indicator analysis, sales target tracking, and generating strategic reports for decision-making. With a focus on profitability, portfolio growth, and continuous improvement of commercial processes. *Key Responsibilities:* * Sales analysis by channel (retail and TMK). * Monitoring and control of commercial targets. * Evaluation of sales representative performance. * Report preparation. * Analysis of hardware product turnover and coverage. * Promotion, discount, and margin control. * Portfolio analysis. * Strategic support to Commercial Management. *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):* * Individual sales quota attainment. * Monthly and annual growth. * Call effectiveness (TMK). * Portfolio coverage. *Technical Knowledge:* * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards). * Commercial ERP systems. * Data analysis and database management. * Inventory management. * Commercial performance indicators. *Competencies:* * Analytical thinking. * Results orientation. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Collaboration with the commercial department. * Data-driven decision making. *Education:* * Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in the hardware sector or mass consumer goods (preferred).
