Job Summary: Sports World is seeking a Commercial Leader for the Pedregal Club with experience in sales and customer service, passion for the business, and leadership to achieve results. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in SALES, preferably as supervisor or head of sales, customer service, and client attention, including personnel management responsibilities. Responsibilities: Prospect clients both inside and outside the club; provide information on products and services; compile client files; distribute flyers; establish corporate agreements; expand client portfolio; manage public relations; conduct telemarketing; among others. Manage visit schedules and supervise staff. Competencies: Public relations management, verbal fluency, PC proficiency, proactivity, teamwork, and enthusiasm for service and interpersonal interaction.
