Passion for service and customer interaction **QUALITAS is seeking an Express Digital Claims Adjuster in Picacho\-Ajusco\-Tlalpan, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Picacho\-Ajusco Highway 236, Jardines en la Montaña, Tlalpan, CDMX **Leading automotive insurance company** Responsibilities * Handle customer calls and collect data. * Explain the remote claims handling process to policyholders. * Follow up via WhatsApp: document receipt, photographs, and damage reports. * Accompany customers until full case resolution with punctual and personalized service. Requirements * Partially completed or completed bachelor’s degree (verifiable). * Experience in **customer service**. * Flexible availability (rotating 10-hour shifts). * Passion for service and customer interaction. * **Clean credit bureau report** (report required).
