




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide customer service, identify and resolve customer needs, generate new sales opportunities, and foster customer loyalty by managing the entire sales cycle. Deliver excellent customer service.** * Serve customers with a service-oriented attitude that exceeds their expectations, identifying and resolving their needs (e.g., taking orders). * Plan prospecting activities and validate them with the Sales Coordinator. * Execute the prospecting plan and update progress information. * Investigate customers’ needs and seek appropriate solutions. * Thoroughly understand the company’s products and services, as well as customers’ needs, to offer products or services best suited to meet those needs. * Request billing information and register customers in the system (database). * Generate administrative documents required to process sales (e.g., quotations, invoices, etc.). **2. Generate sales opportunities or revenue.** * Act as a liaison between the company and its customers, striving to retain existing buyers and acquire new ones (expand the customer portfolio). * Follow up on quotations to close sales. * Monitor and expand the customer portfolio. * Report and review sales progress. * Collect payments for completed sales and coordinate order fulfillment with Finance and Logistics.
