Minimum 3 years of experience in the position. (Preferably with the Ford brand). **Skills:** Ø Leadership Ø Communication Ø Handling Difficult Interactions Ø Interpersonal Relationships Ø Teamwork Customer Service. **Responsibilities:** · Prepare plans to ensure all after-sales processes and workshop organization. · Develop and monitor action plans to track key performance indicators. Supervision and monitoring of the Body & Paint Department. Knowledge of current and approved programs regarding staff compensation and motivation, as a core component of people development. Provide support for any additional activity required, strictly when necessary. Work collaboratively with the After-Sales Manager. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 09:00–14:00 hrs. We offer: Base salary + Productivity Bonus + Statutory Benefits.
