Sickse is a young company specializing in various graphic and large-format printing processes, as well as in developing sustainable materials and substrates for point-of-sale implementation. Due to growth, we require: **Senior Operations Coordinator** **Required Profile and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. Manufacturing experience; graphic printing experience preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience. Experience managing personnel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Competencies and/or Skills:** Effective communication Emotional intelligence Problem-solving Leadership **Responsibilities:** * Efficiently manage production of graphic industry products to meet committed production schedules with customers. * Verify and approve manufacturing process activities for graphic printing products. * Implement and maintain an information and control system enabling evaluation of departmental performance. * Plan customer orders to meet customer requirements on time and as specified. * Request production progress updates to verify timely fulfillment. * Monitor raw material consumption according to GDPs and/or production orders assigned to operators. * Communicate planning to the team based on customer needs and expectations to meet their requirements. * Participate in developing corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities. * Immediately report action plans upon identification of any nonconformity and/or delivery failure to the customer. * Ensure compliance with the quality policy. * Periodically evaluate staff performance jointly with the Production Coordinator. * Request updates on adjustments, productions, and workflow tasks. * Promote a healthy work environment and ensure a harmonious, productive workplace atmosphere. * Evaluate and validate artwork delivered by the Design Department to ensure timely and accurate material availability. * Prepare GDPs and initiate them in the production flow on time. * Other related duties. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Location:** Av.
