





**Purpose of the Position** Provide operational support to the commercial area and to the Alliance and Sales Coordinator, facilitating the preparation of quotations, lead registration and tracking, proposal development, and information integration across companies within the Lithos Ecosystem. The role will serve as the direct liaison between management, sales, and PetraIA, ensuring order, speed, and efficiency in corporate commercial workflows. **Position Location** Area: Corporate Sales – Lithos Ecosystem Reports to: Alliance and Sales Coordinator and Corporate General Management Collaborates with: PetraIA (Marketing), technical areas of DI\+C, SCA, ONIX, Pontia, the commercial area, and management. Work Modality: On-site in Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of attending meetings, events, and commercial activities. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Operational Commercial Management \- Prepare quotations using corporate templates. \- Develop commercial proposals, executive summaries, and dossiers. \- Register, organize, and update leads in CRM/ClickUp. \- Support lead qualification and prospect follow-up. \- Maintain up-to-date pricing and service information for the ecosystem. 2\. Liaison Between Sales and PetraIA \- Request artwork, PDFs, and other required commercial materials. \- Deliver clear briefs to the marketing team. \- Track materials under production and ensure timely delivery. \- Coordinate communication between sales and marketing to ensure strategic alignment. 3\. Liaison Between Sales and Ecosystem Companies \- Receive internal quotation requests. \- Coordinate with DI\+C, SCA, ONIX, and Pontia to obtain required technical information. \- Prepare preliminary proposals for review by the Alliance Coordinator. \- Organize agendas, meetings, and documents for commercial meetings. 4\. Support to the Alliance and Sales Coordinator \- Prepare presentations and pre-meeting materials. \- Follow up on actions after appointments or events. \- Participate in commercial activities and provide logistical support as needed. \- Prepare weekly progress and opportunity reports. 5\. Support to General Management and Corporate Structure \- Update dashboards and executive reports. \- Organize key commercial information for decision-making. \- Ensure that commercial workflows remain orderly and properly documented. **Academic Requirements** \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field (in progress or completed). \- Preferred training or courses in sales, customer service, or CRM. **Skills and Competencies** \- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail. \- Clear and professional communication. \- Proactivity and sense of urgency. \- Ability to work simultaneously across multiple departments. \- Strong writing skills and ability to deliver information effectively. \- Aptitude for learning technical processes. \- Results-oriented mindset with consistent follow-up. **KPIs** \- Quotation preparation time. \- Number of correctly prepared proposals. \- Lead registration update frequency and quality. \- On-time delivery compliance to sales and management. \- Efficiency of sales–PetraIA communication. \- Timely submission of weekly reports. \- Organization and maintenance of documented commercial workflows.
