Experience: Minimum 2 years managing and hiring personnel, coordinating cleaning services, or similar responsibilities. *** Flexible working hours *** *** Minimum 2 letters of recommendation for similar positions *** SKILLS AND/OR KNOWLEDGE · Effective communication · Excellent personal presentation · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) · Efficient management of resources: personnel, supplies, and equipment · Negotiation and conflict resolution · Customer interaction and supervision of subordinate staff · Ability to work under pressure RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan and coordinate daily tasks for cleaning personnel. * Supervise service delivery across various areas or client sites. * Train and motivate the cleaning team, promoting best practices and adherence to protocols. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards throughout all processes. * Conduct periodic inspections to verify work quality. * Manage required material resources and cleaning products. * Address and resolve customer and staff concerns or issues. * Prepare activity reports, incident logs, and continuous improvement documentation.
