Communicate customer expectations to the implementation team via a plan, and also communicate any changes or adjustments to the plan—whether due to internal or external causes. 3. Develop and maintain the implementation plan for new projects, engineering changes, deviations, replacements, and transfers. 4. Coordinate activities across different departments involved in project implementation. 5. Make decisions based on information analysis. **KEY ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION’S FUNCTIONS:** · Schedule periodic progress review meetings with the implementation team · Prepare and archive meeting minutes (external and internal) · Identify and escalate potential risks or deviations from the plan to the immediate supervisor · Update the overall project status report weekly · Propose and/or schedule external project status communication meetings (with customers, CS, sales, etc.) · Electronically send project status updates to external contacts before and after meetings (if held) and/or periodically as agreed · Develop a preliminary implementation plan considering available customer expectations at that time · After reviewing the plan with the implementation team, create and present the formal implementation plan · Complete and maintain the implementation plan template at least once per week · Lead and manage assigned projects · Establish a project plan, monitor its progress, and track deviations · Manage assigned work teams, motivate team members, ensure appropriate training or coaching, and resolve any conflicts · Participate in designing solutions aligned with customer requirements · Prepare project progress reports, make corrective decisions, or propose alternative solutions to management · Ensure communication across all levels (visibility to the team and progress updates to the customer) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $1.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (desirable) Experience: * NPI Coordinator: 3 years (mandatory) Language: * English (mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
