We are a company belonging to Grupo Industrial Adhetec S.A. de C.V., initially dedicated to the production of ceramic adhesives and with over 30 years of experience in the construction market. We operate three manufacturing plants for ceramic adhesives and grinding: Apaxco Plant, State of Mexico; Vizarrón Plant, Querétaro; and Tepeaca Plant, Puebla. What are we looking for? **Credit and Collections Coordinator** **Position Objective:** **Responsibilities:** · Ensure and supervise that the collections process is carried out correctly. · Apply payments promptly and accurately. · Prepare projected and actual cash flow reports for credit sales revenue. · Manage and control the customer portfolio, ensuring timely invoicing for services provided to companies and proper accounting registration of sales, validating correct order/usage within the system. · Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as portfolio turnover, delinquency rate, recovery vs. target, etc. · Develop collection strategies for overdue accounts, including negotiations and restructuring. · Conduct audits to verify amounts collected on invoices issued to our customers. · Issue executive reports to support decision-making. · Document all accounts receivable and receipts for canceled transactions. · Prepare the report tracking collections against invoicing. **Requirements:** **Academic Background:** · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. · Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or MBA is desirable. Experience: · Minimum 3 years of experience in internal control, credit, or collections departments, at coordinator or managerial level. · Experience in the construction industry is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** · Financial and credit risk analysis. · Knowledge of portfolio recovery is desirable. · ERP systems and portfolio management software. · Financial and collections indicators. **Skills:** · Leadership and decision-making. · Effective negotiation. · Analytical and strategic thinking. · Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. · Effective communication and conflict management. · Adaptability to change.
