Clinical Studies Coordinator in the pharmaceutical industry for a prestigious medical institute in Guadalajara. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a coordinator or commercial manager, preferably within medical institutions (clinics, hospitals, laboratories, etc.) \- Experience in face-to-face or telephone customer service \- Strong orientation toward goal-based work and conflict resolution **Responsibilities:** \- Physician visits \- Achievement of the annual revenue plan and pursuit of increased sales at the Puerta de Hierro and Chapala branches \- Maintenance of inventory of supplies required to conduct studies \- Development and implementation of staff training plans \- Support in organizing and conducting corporate events \- Resolution of conflicts with dissatisfied customers **Salary:** $17,000 MXN per month, plus statutory benefits **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** Prados Providencia neighborhood, Guadalajara, Jalisco.
