EDUCEM is currently seeking: **Admissions Coordinator** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Hiring of staff (admissions promoters). * Training of staff. * Supervision of personnel. * Action plans for promotion. * Marketing strategies. * Preparation of sales forecasts. * Identification and selection of additional distribution and sales channels. * Research, proposal, and development of promotional plans. * Analysis and organization of timing and movement across sales routes and territories. * Market analysis. * Fieldwork. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Proficiency in school admissions processes and commercial techniques. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills. * Knowledge of the national education system and its particularities. * Ability to plan and execute student recruitment strategies. * Proficiency in basic technological tools (educational CRM, spreadsheets, presentations). * Organizational skills, leadership, and performance indicator tracking. REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 28 years or older. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Marital status: Unrestricted. * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree. * Experience: One year in a similar position.
