Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage accounts receivable and monitor status. 2. Administer supply of spare parts and tools. 3. Supervise sales and services in transit. **Account Administrative – Automotive Sector** **Location:** Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. **Position Description:** A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking an **Account Administrative** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative roles. * Knowledge of quotation preparation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * ERP system experience (SAE). **Main Responsibilities:** * Track processes for service authorization with clients. * Manage accounts receivable and status control. * Administer supply of spare parts and tools. * Maintain records of completed services. * Supervise sales and services in transit. * Ensure security of the Service Center. * Coordinate personnel administration with the Zone Coordinator. * Comply with obligations to third parties and applicable regulations. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Bonus for achievement of targets. * Statutory benefits: IMSS registration, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, 15-day year-end bonus, 12 vacation days, and 25% vacation premium. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:30 hrs. * Saturdays, 09:00–14:00 hrs.
