Responsibilities: * **Recruitment and Selection:** Manage the full recruitment process for 5th wheel operators. * **File Preparation:** Ensure each candidate possesses complete and properly organized documentation. * **Interview Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate interviews with immediate supervisors and/or medical examinations. * **Field Work:** Availability to perform active fieldwork.
