




We are SF Logistics, specialists in land freight transportation. Due to expansion, we are seeking our next: **Operations and Logistics Manager**. **Job Objective:** Responsible for the proper planning and execution of logistics operations, ensuring process efficiency and achievement of company objectives. **Functions and/or Responsibilities:** * **Route Planning and Optimization:** Design, implement, and supervise the national logistics strategy aligned with business objectives. Ensure adherence to scheduled routes, service levels, and on-time customer deliveries. * **Fleet Management:** Supervise fleet assignment, monitoring, and availability to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries to customers. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all requirements of the Federal Law on Roads, Bridges, and Motor Transport (SCT), as well as safety, quality, and operational best practice standards. * **Monitoring and Control:** Supervise tracking and monitoring personnel (GPS, telemetry) to ensure real-time control of vehicles and cargo. * **Preventive Maintenance Management:** Coordinate and ensure appropriate preventive maintenance of transport units. * **Resource Administration:** Manage mileage and fuel consumption, budgets, and operational, administrative, and general expenses. * **KPIs:** Implement and present departmental performance reports and key indicators. * **Personnel Supervision:** Lead the operations team (10 operators/drivers), plus monitoring staff and support personnel. **Requirements:** * Industrial, Logistics, or Transportation Engineering degree or related field (completed). * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in fleet and traffic management. * Proficiency in **TMS (Transportation Management Systems)** or GPS/telemetry tracking systems. * Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards. * Responsible, proactive, organized, honest, ethical individual with clear and assertive communication skills, capable of managing and resolving conflicts, and working effectively in teams. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $40,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation, year-end bonus, etc.). * Life insurance. * Ongoing training.
