We are seeking: **TENDER EXECUTIVE** **Job Requirements** * Education: University studies, with or without degree, in engineering or bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related fields. * Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in tenders for medical equipment; familiarity with the ComprasMX platform. * Knowledge of and ability to execute the full binary tender process, as well as tenders based on points and percentages. * General knowledge of medical equipment. **Job Responsibilities** * The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing and participating in healthcare-sector tender processes. * Analyze and evaluate the requirements and specifications of each tender. * Prepare technical and economic proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory authorities’ standards. * Coordinate and track all necessary documentation required to participate in tenders. * Maintain effective communication with various internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of deadlines and requirements. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive monthly gross salary of 18,000–20,000 pesos. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Statutory benefits from day one. * 100% registered salary with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Subsidized cafeteria (35 pesos per meal). * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative work environment.
