JOB OBJECTIVE Responsible for ensuring customers receive excellent service and attention, as well as promptly, accurately, and effectively processing customer transactions at the teller window. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure compliance with established procedures for each banking transaction. Monitor cash flow, performing transfers to the main cash drawer, verifying and requesting replenishments to ensure operational continuity. Prepare daily cash reconciliation reports during cash counts.
