




**Job Objective** Drive the sale of **technological hardware and IoT solutions** to **B2B clients**, building long-term business relationships and achieving revenue targets. **Responsibilities** * Prospecting and developing new **B2B clients** (enterprises, system integrators, and corporate accounts). * Managing the full sales cycle: identifying client needs, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals. * Managing and expanding the client portfolio. * Delivering technical-commercial presentations of hardware and IoT solutions. * Coordinating with internal departments (pre-sales, support, operations) to ensure successful implementations. * Providing post-sales follow-up and identifying opportunities for repeat sales. * Reporting on sales activities and results. **Required Profile** * Minimum **2–3 years of B2B sales experience**, preferably in hardware, IoT, technology, telecommunications, or technology solutions. * Experience serving **Business-to-Business (B2B) clients**. * Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and objection-handling skills. * High results orientation and consultative approach. * Excellent communication and business relationship skills. * Knowledge of IoT solutions, sensors, connectivity, smart devices, or technological infrastructure is desirable. * INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH (READING AND COMPREHENSION) **We Offer** * **Base salary: MXN $18,000–$25,000 net per month** * **Highly attractive, uncapped commissions** * Statutory benefits * Ongoing product and technology training * Career development plan and professional growth opportunities * Job stability within a **multinational company** Employment type: Full-time Salary: MXN $25,000.00–$31,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
