Your key responsibilities include supervising daily activities, scheduling staff, training personnel, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations across all tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our office in Aguascalientes, AGU. **Requirements** * Ability to lead teams, set goals, motivate employees, and monitor their performance. * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations, supervision techniques, and resource planning. * Strong skills in effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making. * Prior experience in similar roles or within the energy sector is preferred. * Basic knowledge of time-tracking systems and personnel management systems is a plus. * Valid standard driver’s license.
