Paid training in CDMX **ALFAMAQ SA DE CV** is a Mexican company dedicated for over 36 years to the sale, maintenance, and supply of packaging equipment and industrial printers for coding; we are currently seeking: **What qualifications do you need?** * Gender: Unspecified * Age: Between 24 and 45 years old * Completed studies in engineering or related fields * Valid driver's license and ability to operate standard vehicles (a driving test will be conducted) * Willingness and availability to travel * Professional appearance * High level of responsibility * Disciplined attitude **What tasks will you perform?** * Selling industrial printing equipment and packaging machinery * Knowledge of system operation, installation, and preventive maintenance of our product portfolio * Developing and managing key accounts * Advising B2B clients and prospects * Timely follow-up and reporting via CRM * Maintaining customer portfolio and providing after-sales support **What knowledge and skills are required?** * Industrial equipment sales experience; familiarity with technical and industrial terminology * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle objections, and passion for sales * Numerical aptitude * Development of commercial proposals **What do we offer?** * Full-salary payroll * Productivity bonus upon successful completion of probationary period (quarterly bonus) * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (weekend rest on Saturday and Sunday) * Paid training * Availability to attend CDMX for in-person training Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed higher technical degree (preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
