Industry** A manufacturing-sector company is seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in the Display P.O.P. industry, focused on personnel coordination, process supervision, and production control. Requirements: * 3–5 years of experience supervising production or workshop operations. * Knowledge of materials and tools used in Display P.O.P. manufacturing. * Knowledge of industrial design. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in design software. * Experience coordinating operational staff. * Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly. * Dynamic, organized, and responsible individual. * Full-time availability is mandatory. * Education: Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (negotiable). * Age: 30 years or older. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate workshop personnel. * Manage schedules, tools, and resources within the department. * Plan daily activities and assign tasks. * Monitor production progress and adherence to delivery timelines. * Resolve incidents affecting production flow. * Optimize materials and recycling processes. * Coordinate warehouse inbound and outbound logistics. * Request materials from the procurement department. * Collaborate with industrial design to calculate project-specific material requirements. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety within the work area. * Supervise proper operation of machinery and tools.
