




We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the Grupo Bari team. Your primary responsibilities will be: Administer, calculate, and process employee payroll accurately and promptly. Ensure proper disbursement of payments and compliance with employer obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT). Maintain up-to-date records related to personnel movements, vacations, incidents, benefits, deductions, and salary adjustments. Ensure the employee roster contains accurate and current information for all workers. Key Activities: * Calculate, validate, and process regular and extraordinary payroll (bonuses, commissions, overtime, etc.). * Record and validate incidents: absences, leaves, medical leaves, vacations, tardiness, and other personnel movements. * Conduct weekly cash payments to employees accurately. * Submit affiliation transactions (hires, terminations, and salary modifications) to IMSS via SUA and IDSE. * Generate and deliver payroll receipts (digital or physical) to employees. * Perform calculations and payments for severance and final settlements in accordance with applicable law. * Prepare and submit weekly and biweekly payroll reports to Accounting. * Submit SIROC, SISUB, and ICSOE reports within the timeframes established by labor authorities. * Process employer-related registrations, terminations, and modifications at all relevant tax and labor agencies. Required Experience: * Calculation and processing of weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll. * Management of statutory and supplemental benefits (vacations, year-end bonus, vacation premium). * Filing and calculation of tax withholdings and contributions (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). * Proven experience using SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and SAT systems. * Experience handling NOMINPAQ. * Preferably, experience working in construction companies with over 200 employees.
