Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage a centralized, real-time information system using SharePoint, OneDrive, and Excel for full control over financial operations. Key Highlights: 1. Complete and real-time control of information. 2. Error elimination and a solid foundation for company scaling. 3. Implementation of a digital workflow system. 1\. General Concept This is not about isolated files, but rather a centralized system where information flows in real time and the CEO maintains full control. 2\. Role of SharePoint (Structure) SharePoint functions as the company's digital server. Here, departments are organized and official information is stored. Recommended structure: Group xxx \> Accounting, HR, Marketing, Stores 3\. Role of OneDrive (Access) OneDrive serves as the entry point. All users access the same files from any device without duplication. 4\. Role of Excel (Operations) Excel is where financial information is captured, analyzed, and controlled. 5\. Daily Operational Workflow Junior Accountant captures data in the Daily Flow. General Accountant reviews and validates it. The CEO reviews information in real time without needing to receive files. 6\. Key Files Daily Flow: Record of income and expenses. Monthly Projection: Estimated results. Weekly Report: Executive summary. 7\. File Interconnections Files must be linked so that information flows automatically. Example: The Weekly Report draws data from the Daily Flow. 8\. Control and Supervision The CEO can instantly see who made changes, restore previous versions, and manage access permissions. 9\. Operational Rules Sending files via email is prohibited. Working on downloaded files is prohibited. All work must be done in the cloud. Only one file per process. 10\.
