Respectful customer treatment to exceed expectations RESPONSIBILITIES * Advise customers on the various credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit, identifying customer needs to facilitate placement of new credit. * Update all customer data in the system during each customer visit or contact, at least once per year. * Process credit applications accurately to avoid payment delays and fraud. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Promotion of products outside the point of sale (VERY CLOSE TO THE BRANCH AND NOT DAILY; COVERS ONLY 1–2 HOURS) * Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals.
