




Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to coordinate staff, manage inventory, and resolve incidents at a pharmacy, ensuring professional and human-centered service. Our hallmark of quality lies in the expertise and outstanding service delivered by both our medical and pharmacy staff. **What Are We Looking For?** Responsible and organized individuals with attention to detail, experience in inventory management and branch operations, coordination skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to resolve operational incidents. **Requirements:** * 1–2 years of experience working in pharmacies. * Experience handling suppliers, coordinating orders, receiving goods, and tracking deliveries. * Knowledge of pharmaceuticals. (Mandatory) * Proficiency in point-of-sale systems. * Intermediate computer skills. * Familiarity with supplier platforms such as Nadro and Levic. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving and verifying goods (quantities, expiration dates, and condition). * Monitoring and reviewing profit margins. * Managing invoice balances on supplier platforms. * Conducting daily inventory counts. * Supporting sanitary audits. * Tracking products nearing expiration. * Preparing and submitting orders via platforms. * Authorizing cash payment vouchers. * Coordinating shift personnel. * Serving customers and handling counter sales. * Resolving operational incidents. * Assisting in branch management in the absence of the Branch Manager. * Collaborating in commercial strategies and promotions. **We Offer:** * Rotating shifts: 7:00 am–3:00 pm and 2:00 pm–10:00 pm. * Fixed day off on Saturdays.
