




A solidly established business group, consolidated across four divisions—energy, logistics, commercial, and services & real estate—is seeking talent for the position of: Payroll Assistant To temporarily cover an employee’s medical leave Key Responsibilities: * Prepare weekly preliminary payroll: validate calculations and record incidents, vacations, absences, medical leaves, and other personnel movements. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers, ensuring accurate implementation and follow-up. * Administer personnel documentation and processes, including drafting employment contracts, distributing payroll cards/vouchers, and maintaining personnel files. * Provide administrative support to Human Resources. * Assist in fulfilling employer obligations (IMSS and INFONAVIT) by tracking payment reference numbers. Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. * 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
