




REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience managing residential condominiums. Knowledge of the Condominium Property Law, internal regulations, and assemblies. Budget management, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and operational staff supervision. Proficiency with condominium management platforms (e.g., Neivor, Cassandra, or similar). Excellent appearance and interpersonal skills when interacting with residents and committees. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Overall supervision of condominium maintenance, security, and cleaning. Management of income, expenses, and financial reporting. Preparation of annual budgets and administration of maintenance fees. Resident support and incident follow-up. Coordination of meetings and assemblies with the committee. Vendor hiring and performance evaluation.
