




A leading real estate company is seeking a **Customer Service Manager** to lead the department and oversee special cases, administrative processes, and informative campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** * Customer service and follow-up for special cases. * Management of administrative cancellations and refund processes. * Development of informative campaigns for customers. * Management and supervision of a team of 7 people. * Use of CRM and Infobip for control and tracking. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in a similar position. * Experience handling conflicts and delivering customer service. * Proficiency in CRM and Infobip (preferred). * Leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
