End-to-end management of recruitment processes **Talent Strategist Mexico seeks a Senior Recruiter in Capulhuac, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- An automotive company is currently recruiting. **Senior Recruiter** General Responsibilities * Interpreting job descriptions and/or designing them in collaboration with internal stakeholders; conducting market research and benchmarking for analysis; identifying effective recruitment sources tailored to positions and states; performing zero-filter screening; conducting in-depth interviews; interpreting psychometric test results; analyzing candidate fit against profiles; maintaining Assessment databases; preparing logical reports on R\&S KPIs for Deputy Directors; tracking new hires; evaluating onboarding effectiveness; creating personnel files; assessing performance during the first month; analyzing turnover; proposing retention strategies. Work Experience * Minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably with controlled turnover. * Ability to manage up to 20 administrative and operational vacancies per month, ensuring high-quality hiring (not quantity-based); minimum 80% profile match rate and full-cycle recruitment process completion. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Business-related field; or in Labor Relations, Psychology, or related disciplines.
