




We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Manager to lead our talent acquisition team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing effective recruitment strategies for different levels within the organization, ensuring timely vacancy coverage with the best available talent. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the recruitment team. Define and implement talent attraction strategies (operational, administrative, and managerial). Manage and optimize recruitment sources (job boards, job fairs, universities, social networks). Ensure compliance with recruitment metrics (time\-to\-fill, turnover, hiring quality). Participate in key interviews and hiring decisions. Prepare periodic reports on recruitment results and indicators. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (graduated). Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (mass and specialized). Proven leadership experience managing teams. Knowledge of ATS, KPIs, and psychometric assessments. Proficiency in Office software (advanced Excel desirable).
