




Job Summary: We are seeking recruiters to manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and keeping hiring metrics up to date. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish. 2. Use advanced tools and social media to identify candidates. 3. Ensure an excellent candidate experience. We are looking for recruiters who can: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, and selection). * Use advanced tools and social media to identify specialized candidates. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates. * Ensure every candidate has an excellent experience, regardless of the outcome. * Keep our hiring metrics and database up to date. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (please specify if operational, administrative, or IT). * **Skills:** Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work under target-driven conditions. * **Tools:** Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and preferably an ATS system. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 hrs; Saturdays, 10:00–14:00 hrs Work location Anillo Perif.
