Job Summary: We are seeking a comprehensive maintenance technician to execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs, diagnose malfunctions, and perform specialized repairs. Professional development and internal growth **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Maintenance:** Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all areas (electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, etc.). * **On-site Diagnostics:** Conduct periodic visits to our branches to identify malfunctions, prepare technical reports, and prevent accidents. * **Specialized Repairs:** Promptly address failures in low/medium voltage systems and refrigeration equipment. **What Do You Need to Apply?** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable general maintenance experience. * **Technical Proficiency:** Solid knowledge in: * **Electricity** (Low and Medium Voltage \- Mandatory requirement). * **Plumbing and Refrigeration.** * **General trades:** Metalworking, carpentry, locksmithing, and masonry. **Desired Skills:** * Service-oriented attitude and commitment to quality. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team. * Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. **Why Join Us?
