





We are looking for our **Human Resources Representative**! (your direct impact)** * Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for both companies. * Design and execute development, training, and growth strategies (hard & soft skills). * Implement and monitor wellness, culture, and workplace climate programs. * Ensure labor compliance (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, REPSE, NOM 035). * Manage overtime, vacations, medical leaves, incidents, and employee documentation. * Create and update internal policies, processes, manuals, and regulations. * Serve as a bridge between teams, leadership, and various plants/centers. * Represent and uphold the philosophy of meaningful growth (Elan) and conscious, living culture (Vida Bebida). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources. * Solid knowledge of Mexican labor regulations. * Experience in competency-based recruitment. * Proficiency in ERP/HRM systems, Google Workspace, and digital tools. * Certification in NOM 035, compensation, or talent management is desirable. **Key skills:** * Clear and empathetic communication. * Organization, structure, and follow-up. * Influence without relying on hierarchy. * Confidentiality and professional judgment. * Proactivity, active listening, and solution-oriented mindset. **What do we seek in your essence?** Someone capable of sustaining distinct, living cultures: * Elan Energy’s structured, collaborative, and meaning-driven energy. * Vida Bebida’s conscious, human-centered, and regenerative vision.
