





**Job Description** We are seeking an **Operational Talent Attraction Specialist** with experience in mass recruitment within the automotive industry. You will be responsible for ensuring a steady flow of operational and technical personnel, meeting hiring profiles, time-to-fill targets, and quality standards throughout the selection process. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute **mass recruitment processes** for operational and technical positions. * Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and document verification. * Manage internal and external recruitment channels. * Coordinate with staffing agencies, job boards, and career fairs. * Post job openings and maintain up-to-date platforms. * Track the entire recruitment process through to onboarding. * Prepare hiring documentation files. * Support orientation and onboarding activities. * Monitor KPIs (time-to-fill, new-hire turnover, source effectiveness). * Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Human Resources teams to define critical hiring profiles. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, HR, Business Administration). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive mass recruitment. * Familiarity with automotive operational job profiles. * Competency-based interviewing skills. * Proficiency in managing recruitment sources. * Availability for field activities. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers and Savings Fund. * Opportunities for growth within the Human Resources Department. * Job stability and a positive work environment.
