Main Responsibilities Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers in profile development to clarify specific position requirements. \* Attract candidates through the use of various recruitment platforms. \* Talent hunting across different platforms. \* Conduct interviews with potential candidates. \* Prepare interview reports for hiring managers. \* Manage onboarding process for selected candidates. Consultative Candidate Profile Minimum of 2 years of experience as a talent acquisition consultant. \* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. \* Experience using and knowledge of Monday. \* Experience using and knowledge of job boards. \* Experience in talent hunting.
