Coordination of training programs and monitoring of irregularities. **RH HUNTING is seeking a Workshop Manager in Coyoacán, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------- We are currently looking for a **Workshop Supervisor!** **Work modality: 100% on-site.** **Work location**: CDMX and occasionally outside CDMX. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical degree (in progress or completed). * Minimum 5 years’ experience as supervisor in industrial workshops (any type). * Knowledge of personnel administration, reporting systems, basic mathematics, and KPI management. * Basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency. * Valid Type A driver’s license. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that evidence of completed work matches the officially recorded information. * Strengthen the development of job assignments and daily activity allocation to team members. * Validate cross-checking and verification of information, as well as correct uploading of such data. * Maintain direct communication with Workshop Managers and clients regarding billing and quotation matters. * Address customer warranty requests and notify General Management. * Guarantee delivery of customer-signed acknowledgment receipts. * Address and monitor any irregularities, receive reports from Workshop Managers, and record daily attendance and incidents. * Receive, validate, and deliver Quality Control reports. * Generate reports, administrative absenteeism records, and/or administrative incident reports. * Maintain feedback loops with all involved parties. * Coordinate and recommend staff training processes. * Propose and monitor strategies targeting staff and client engagement, quality processes, and ongoing improvements. **Skills:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Planning * Negotiation * Conflict resolution * Decision-making **We offer:** * Base salary of $24,000 net **(negotiable based on experience).** * Statutory benefits (effective from day one of employment). * Standard company vehicle for work-related transportation. * Per diem allowances. * Mobile phone or tablet for work-related activities. * Training and onboarding. **Working hours:** Monday through Saturday; Sunday off (subject to operational requirements) **Desired education level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired experience level:** Expert Level **Departmental function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69b461dc3e00004200555074\&source\=indeed
