Development of reports and analysis of operational information **SATORITECH is seeking an Intermediate SAP Human Resources Analyst in Coyoacán, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for an Intermediate SAP Human Resources Analyst **OBJECTIVE:** To manage personnel assigned to systems department projects, ensuring adequate staffing coverage for project management involving systems department personnel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Psychology or related field * Human Resources Analyst with 4 years of experience **TOOLS:** * Microsoft Office Suite * **SAP (Intermediate, mandatory)** * Org Plus * Excel * Service Now Experience in IT or Telecommunications companies is a plus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure compliance with internal processes. * Supervise suppliers to ensure they meet requirements and adhere to company-approved policies and processes. * Monitor and communicate progress of assigned activities until closure. * Develop reports and analyses aligned with operational requirements. * Guarantee appropriate, timely, and **strategic operational administration for the systems department**. **Benefits:** Base Net Salary.
