Results-oriented with high execution speed Job Description: **Job Objective** Ensure effective and timely coverage of operational and administrative vacancies by executing the end-to-end recruitment process with emphasis on **time, candidate quality, and actual hiring (onboarding)**. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute full-cycle recruitment processes: posting, screening, interviewing, and closing * Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under time pressure * Ensure a steady flow of viable candidates (not volume without conversion) * Conduct timely follow-up until candidate onboarding (prevent dropouts during the process) * Coordinate with hiring managers to align job profiles and accelerate decisions * Prepare complete and accurate onboarding files * Maintain control over recruitment pipeline, status, and reporting * Participate in mass recruitment initiatives as required by operations **Requirements** * Recruitment experience (minimum 6 months to 1 year, not internships) * Experience in operational recruitment (high-volume) * Proficiency with job boards (Indeed, Computrabajo, OCC) * Ability to work under hiring targets and coverage pressure * Strong organization, follow-up skills, and sense of urgency * 100% on-site availability * Immediate or short-term availability to start **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Results-oriented (focused on vacancy closure) * High execution speed * Consistent follow-up (no open processes left unattended) * Tolerance for pressure and volume * Practical, not theoretical, approach **What We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $15,000 **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: Full-time * Saturday: Half-day (Remote) Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
